What Free, Light, Plus and Pro each unlock, how the checkout and coupons work, and what happens when a membership runs out.
Four plans#
Every account is on one of four plans. Free is the default and never expires. The three paid plans run for a fixed term, normally twelve months, and each one contains everything below it.

The exact prices and the term length are set per site and shown on the /pricing page and in the checkout. This manual deliberately does not repeat numbers that can change.

Where a feature is gated, the site says so in place of the feature rather than hiding it. You will see lines such as Task manager is available from SkyTrackLight., Organization management requires SkyTrackPlus or higher. or Creating clubs and leagues requires a SkyTrack Pro membership., each with an upgrade button next to it.
Caution
The free upload cap counts flights flown in the current calendar year. Uploading an older flight from this year still counts against it, and the message names the year it applies to.
Storage#
Your IGC files and the photos attached to your flights use storage. The bar in the account panel of the dashboard shows how much of your quota is in use. Free accounts have a small quota, and every paid plan shares the larger one.
Tip
IGC files are tiny. If your storage fills up, it is almost always flight photos. Deleting a few large images from old flights frees more space than deleting flights would.
Buying and renewing#
- Open the account panel on the dashboard, where your current plan and its expiry date are shown.
- Choose the plan you want under Package.
- If you have a coupon code, type it in and press Check. The discount is applied to the price before you continue.
- Press Checkout and complete the payment on the payment page.
- You come back to the site with the new plan already active, and a receipt arrives by email.
Renewal works the same way. Before your term ends you get reminder emails, by default thirty days and seven days ahead, and the account panel switches to Expiring soon with the number of days left. After it expires the account drops back to Free and the panel offers Renew.
Note
Some accounts show Pro - lifetime. That is a permanent grant given to early beta testers and it never expires.
Refunds#
Refunds are processed by the site administrators, not from your dashboard. A refunded purchase returns the account to the free plan at the same time. If something went wrong with a payment, write to the site through the contact page with the date and amount and it can be traced from the payment log.
