SkyTrackPro 1.3.6 — FAI Section 7 (May 2026) Compliance and Goal-Line Refinements

The new SkyTrackPro Version 1.3.6 is now available for iOS and Android. This release brings SkyTrackPro fully in line with FAI Section 7, effective 1 May 2026, with a rewritten goal-line direction and crossing engine, finer turnpoint cylinder definitions and a fix for the Task V1 importer.

Updated goal-line logic, FAI 2026 compliant — ready for the new competition season.

FAI Section 7 (May 2026) Compliance

SkyTrackPro's goal-line direction and crossing detection has been rewritten to match the updated FAI Section 7 rules that take effect on 1 May 2026. The result is predictable, rules-aligned goal behaviour across training, XC and competition flights.

  • Goal-line direction handled according to the new FAI specification
  • Crossing detection updated for consistent, compliant scoring
  • Same behaviour in live flight, replay and benchmark flights

Finer Turnpoint Definitions

Task setup now supports much finer cylinder definitions, useful for precision tasks, small entries and exits, and clubs that work with detailed local turnpoints.

  • Turnpoint cylinders can now be defined in 10 m segments
  • Zero-radius cylinders are safely prevented
  • Cleaner task building with fewer accidental misconfigurations

Task V1 Importer Fix

Importing legacy Task V1 files now works reliably again, so older task archives and shared files can be opened without manual rework.

Under the Hood

  • Library updates across the app
  • Stability and reliability improvements
SkyTrackPro keeps evolving with the sport — rules-aligned, precise and ready for the new season.

SkyTrackPro keeps improving — combining modern XC navigation, competition tools, and a refined user experience in one platform.
